Mission and Vision
SPACQ-AE’s purpose is to promote and protect the interests of songwriters, composers and artist-entrepreneurs.
SPACQ-AE is a recognized and influential organization that works effectively alongside its allies to advance the interests of its members and community. It also negotiates, concludes and administers framework agreements and collective agreements governing commissioned music composition.
A Little History…
SPACQ-AE is autonomous and independent and has been working to uphold the working conditions of songwriters, composers and artist-entrepreneurs for nearly 45 years.
Today, it represents over 800 members who benefit daily from the association’s many services.

Whether in person or online, SPACQ-AE regularly offers workshops for creators and artist-entrepreneurs, covering career management as well as the creative and technical aspects of the profession.
