Julyan is no newcomer: we first got to know him at a young age as part of The Seasons, the band he led with his younger brother, who has since transmogrified into none other than Hubert Lenoir. Julyan has also lent his talents to major collaborations with Pierre Lapointe and Patrice Michaud, as well as to the theme song for Star Académie in 2021 (an absolute banger in its own right).
This time, the singer-songwriter has saved one of his best songs for himself. LLL is bound to put Julyan’s full potential on display. It’s a standout track, built on rich progressions, intricate counterpoint and his unmistakable voice. Better yet, it was born out of a team effort at a recent SOCAN KENEKT camp.
