  • "I've always loved the combination of the French language and the ostinato of synthesizers. And while writing this song, it became clear that it sounded much better in French. Once that was clear, I knew I had to call Klô Pelgag. She embodies everything I love about French-Quebecois culture. She's so free, whether it's in her costumes, her stage designs, or so much more. She's an incredibly talented pianist and singer, both technically and emotionally. And she has the best interactions in the world between songs on stage, so funny. So if there's one imagination you want, she's the one. We made an epic video for this one with an extremely talented Quebec director, Ariane Louis-Seize, who directed my favorite Quebec film for years, Humanist Vampire Seeking Consenting Suicidal Person", Patrick Watson.
