Keeping your SOCAN member account secure is our priority, and part of keeping your account secure is a strong password.
Your password will now have specific character requirements to ensure the continued security of your account.
Your password must contain:
- 8 to 16 characters
- a lowercase character [a-z]
- an uppercase character [A-Z]
- a number [0-9]
- a special character [!@#$()[]{}<>%^&*-+=,.:;?~]
Don’t use words or numbers easily associated with you.
You can change your password today by logging in to your SOCAN account and selecting “Change My Password” under the “My Profile” menu.
After you’ve changed your password, you’ll receive a confirmation e-mail message from SOCAN.
