SOCAN was a proud sponsor of the 21st annual LEO Awards, celebrating excellence in British Columbia film and television, as it has been for every edition since the beginning in 1998. The Celebration Awards  were presented on May 25 and 26, 2019, at the Sheraton Wall Centre, while the Gala Awards were presented on June 1, 2019 at the Hyatt Regency in Vancouver. SOCAN’s #ComposersWhoScore walked away with all eight musical honours.

Christopher Nickel, for Wild Bear Rescue – “Wild, Wild Grizzly” episode

Best Musical Score in an Animation Program Or Series
